Now a record-breaking leading practice for a leading national dealer group, this company has grown to incorporate in house accounting and lending services with over 70 staff covering 3 offices nationally.

Role Overview

Due to growth within the organisation, our client is now looking for an experienced Client Service Manager. You will be responsible for managing and developing ongoing relationships with all our clients in collaboration with Advisers

  • Coordination of ongoing customer service to clients
  • Managment of opt -in and ongoing service
  • Complete annual reviews 
  • Ensure to collate correct client information for the paraplanners
  • Follow up actions from client appointments and follow through requests to clients for information
  • Arranging appointments for Adviser with existing clients

Skills & Experience

  • Admin experience within the financial services industry
  • RG 146 compliant
  • Polished presentation
  • Financial Planning software experience desirable
  • Ideally want to stay in an administrator/ operational role
