Product Manager – Trade Finance, SME & Commercial Banking

My client is a leading partner for small-medium and commercial sized businesses. The team has history of direct lending and equity contribution to small and medium sized businesses. They are well versed with growing or re-aligning a product offering within the constraints of the Australian financial environment. 

Role Overview

As an integral part of the Trade Finance team, the Product manager will be tasked with providing exceptional account management services to the Trade Finance Sales Teams whilst working on creating new products and enhancing existing products.  
  • Maintain all aspects of Trade Finance products for SME and Commercial Banking clients
  • Develop and research new products and come up with strategies to increase market penetration
  • Manage internal and external stake holder relationships. This includes conducting workshops to educate RMs on new products and helping them achieve their product sale targets
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Strong Trade Finance experience across sales, product and service 
  • Experience working with SME and Commercial clients
  • Be a team player but with the behavioural skills to work autonomously 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage strong stakeholder relationships
