Role overview
The objective of the Remediation Coordinator role is to request and receive client files that are required for review and remediation activity. As a coordinator you will be required to engage with advisers and practice employees, and Review and Remediation team members and other internal stakeholders to facilitate the retrieval.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Managing multiple cases at one time
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholder to facilitate the transfer of client file data to the Review and Remediation team
  • Manage the allocation of pipeline cases within agreed time-frames
  • Review and manage the end-to-end Client File Retrieval process
  • Flexibility to take on new tasks as they eventuate  

Skills & Experience;

  • Worked in a Financial Advice environment is preferred 
  • Administrative Experience
  • Experienced with COIN or XPlan
  • Customer Service/Adviser Facing experience
  • Industry qualifications preferred
  • An understanding of the Advice or Service remediation industry will be a benefit
