The Role

The expectations of each role vary due to levels of responsibility but you will be liaising with injured workers, building rapport with employers and communicating with allied health professionals. Through proactive coordination of treatment for injured workers you will be providing cost effective and customer centric outcomes as well as conduct claims reviews.
The Person

To be considered for these positions you will come from a strong background in workers compensation claims management or have experience across the full claims cycle across other lines of insurance. You will be outcome focused, customer service centric through the ability to build strong relationships and possess strong time management skills.
