A prestigious insurance organisation who have been experiencing significant growth. Their ethos is evolving to truly put the customer at the centre of everything they do, and this translates in to the project that you will be responsible for.
The aim of the project is to transform the company culture and consequently the client experience, particularly from a claims perspective, so that as far as possible the organisation has a single best practice model across all states and schemes.
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for driving delivery, and will have a team of project managers reporting in to you. As such, prior leadership experience is essential for this role.
It would suit either an Allied Health and Insurance Leader with projects experience, or a Senior Project Manager / Program Manager who has led PMs.
Required Knowledge Qualifications and Experience
- Meaningful leadership experience (3+ years)
- Formal project delivery experience (4+ years)
- Desirable – exposure to customer centred design and target operating model implementation
- Desirable in workers compensation, personal injury or allied health
- Desirable – accreditation in project management e.g. PMBOK/Prince2
