Grow professionally

You’ll grow professionally during your time at Profusion. We provide mentoring to our less experienced staff and coaching to staff all the way up to our top-level leaders, so that we can all keep developing new and more advanced skills and do what we do even better. 


We also curate monthly forums tailored to the recruitment industry to ensure we’re keeping pace with industry change and filling any gaps as the art and challenges of recruiting grow and change. Our strategic partners LinkedIn and Seek provide quarterly training sessions on topics like recruitment trends, candidate behaviour and sourcing strategies, while our membership of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association Australia & New Zealand (RCSA) gives all our staff full access to their training programs, conferences and networking events. We’re also happy to subsidise other relevant learning opportunities as they arise. 


We’re big on employee mobility within Profusion, for those who would like to pursue different opportunities or experience within our team. We offer the Profusion team the first look for internal openings before they’re publicly advertised, and we encourage conversations with senior leadership about your Profusion ambitions.
