Role Overview

Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role. As a Customer Relations Consultant you are the first point of contact for all phone based enquirers for the users of our client’s ‘first-class’ products. 

Skills & Experience

  • You will have demonstrated superior Customer Service in a similar client focused role i.e. retail or worked in a contact center;
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal;
  • The ability to handle objections and have the resilience to problem solve and think outside the square; and
  • You will have the ability to adapt to change with ease and cope with challenging tasks.
