- Support the development and delivery of a new innovative group offering
- Develop and implement the Group Life distribution & member engagement strategies
- Develop and maintain strategic plans with key partner clients
- Actively promote the benefits of a healthier workforce
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar Strategic Relationship or Business development role
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong sales through Industry funds, consultants and Brokers
- Strong technical experience within Group Life
- Strong commercial sales acumen
- Demonstrated Group Life Pricing & Tender experience
