Client Care Consultant – Sydney

Role Overview

As a ‘Client Care Complaints Consultant’ you will manage disputes, escalations and company secretarial matters for all products in Home Loans, Credit Cards, Transaction Accounts, Cash Management Accounts, Term Deposits, and Trading. 

Skills & Experience include;

  • Experience in complaints or disputes within Financial Services
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including a very high level of empathy and genuine care
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Client-centric approach and willingness to provide exceptional client service 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and be highly articulate
