The purpose of the position is to be the first point of contact for all client and stakeholder issues related to our clients products and services.
The primary responsibilities of the Client Support Analyst position is to receive, document, and analyse client issues, using all available resources and capabilities to quickly resolve issues if possible, properly escalating the remainder, utilising excellent client service skills.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the financial services industry preferably in a client service area dealing with transactional banking matters
- Call centre, help desk or service desk experience
- Good computer literacy including Microsoft office systems
- Financial literacy, working knowledge of financial accounts and statements
- Tertiary qualifications in a finance or technology discipline or equivalent experience
