Client Service – Investment Management

Our Client, a Global Technology product provider are seeking an experienced Account Manager to play a critical role in the support of their Investment Management client group. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with Investment Clients who use specialist products from the portfolio product suite
  • Establish, maintain and actively work relationships within designated clients (this includes but is not limited to business owners, IT, implementation and project staff)
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of individual clients’ operations and how the group’s products are integrated on a detailed level

Skills & Experience 

  • Experience and knowledge of Financial Markets is essential, preferably with exposure to the investment management and/or broking industry
  • A comprehensive understanding of the key drivers, concepts, and processes associated with the industry
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills, logical in context of problem-solving
