Our client is offering you the opportunity to work for a global professional firm. They are seeking a strong customer service candidate to work on a 5 month contract to assist in the Audit Assurance area
- Direct customer contact experience (professional services)
- Contact Centre experience within the financial services industry
- Strong administrative skills including analysing information, managing and distributing enquiries, working within agreed SLAs (48 hours), adhering to procedures
- Problem solving
- Not afraid of technology! The team have access to over 20 different systems that they are required to access in order to resolve inquiries within
