The Service Consultant function within the Customer Service and Operations is primarily concerned with the administrative processing and telephone enquiries of our clients Retail Life Insurance products.
- Respond to all enquiries from Customer and Advisers, including telephone calls and emails, within service standards aiming to achieve first point resolution
- Make proactive outbound telephone callsto customers and Advisers
- Complete administrative tasks within service and quality standards
- Remain flexible and adhere to rostered shifts
Skills & Experience Required
- Contact center experience is essential
- Experience in the finance and insurance services industry
- Prior experience in a customer service based role
- Proven literacy and numeracy skills
