We are looking for mature, proactive, energetic and resilient individuals who would like to commence or continue their career in General Insurance and/or are an individual returning into the workforce.
As a claims consultant you will be responsible for assessing and processing claims, answer incoming calls from customers and liaise with external suppliers and providers to settle claims in a the most efficient and cost effective manner.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Current/previous experience working in either a contact centre or customer service environment
- Strong multitasking skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
