Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to transform employee experiences, our client is looking for someone to own and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for O365. You will be tasked with establishing a high performing team to change and support all aspects of the O365 Platform.

Skills & Experience
   

  • Experience with O365 or equivalent platform technology
  • Previous experience in leading and building high performing teams
  • Sound understanding of SaaS Platforms
  • Experience in Platform Management- performing regular upgrades and actively manage software licensing to ensure entitlements are not being breached
  • Experience in establishing development capability to support design, development and testing of platform changes
  • Strong documentation experience
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices and principles
  • Strong stakeholder and Vendor management experience
  • Experience in managing project budgets
  • Solution or Integration Architecture experience an advantage
