As an On-boarding Mortgage Consultant, you will ensure the customer on-boarding process is executed smoothly & efficiently.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers over the phone and having detailed conversations in relation to their new mortgage and the process moving forward
- Continuously checking & validating documents and information.
- Proactively following up outstanding information.
- Identifying opportunities to cross sell other bank products
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service experience in a face to face or call centre environment
- Retail banking or Mortgage lending experience would be desirable.
- Experience in cross selling other products would be high recommended
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail.
