This role is pivotal to the payments team for our client. You will be a part of a fast paced team.
- Ensure that the daily work is actioned within deadlines
- Identify and escalate issues and concerns, client complaints, service failures
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Direct Entry payments
Accurately process and reconcile payment files across multiple systems
- Reconcile accounts and process journals
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in retail banking payments
- Experience in Direct Entries is essential
- High attention to detail
- Proactive thinking
- Identify and report exceptions and solve problems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
