Phone Based Advice – Team Leader

Company Overview
 
A large financial services company has an opportunity for a General Advice Manager. The company has invested a lot of resources into this part of the business and due to growth a Manager role has become available to manage a high performing team. 
 
Role Overview
 
The key aspects of the role include:

  • Managing the team on a day to day basis including coaching the advisers and ensure all professional standard requirements are met
  • Ability to influence internal and external resources to increase centres of influence 
  • Lead and maintain the client retention program for the region including meeting required retention standards, quality of advice and client referrals

Skills and experience 

  • A minimum of 2 years + experience coaching/managing advisers
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving sales and non-sales KPI’s
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Must be DFP and degree qualified
  • Staff management and coaching
