Role Overview
Due to growth within the team, they are now looking to add an additional member into the team. The Quality Assurance Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance of advice for the business to ensure all advisers are providing high quality and compliant advice to clients. Providing training, development and technical support to both the advice and paraplanning teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing compliance and technical support to planners and paraplanning
  • Pre vetting all SOA’s to ensure they meet regulatory and company standards
  • Providing technical coaching on advice standards and policies
  • Training of new advisers into the business

Skills & Experience

  • 2 +  years’ experience in paraplanning or compliance     
  • Ideally a business related degree  
  • DFP / ADFP
  • Financial Planning software XPLAN experience desirable
