The roles available in both branch and mobile lending teams. Key aspects of the roles include:
- Support customers through the entire mortgage cycle;
- Provide a holistic approach to understanding your customers’ needs and come up with solutions in their best interest;
- Build a strong referral network for the bank and develop new business; and
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products and services.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a solid lending background illustrated by your ability to exceed KPI’s, as well as:
- A strong referral network within your local community;
- Drive and high energy;
- Exposure to complex lending solutions; and
- The ability to generate new business and quickly build rapport.
- Mortgage brokerage background is welcomed.
