Senior Business Analyst – HR system implementation

Company Overview 

A dynamic financial services organisation renowned for the high calibre of the team, and autonomous work environment. 

Role Overview 

The aim here is to assist in leading the analysis component of a cloud based HR system implementation.
 
As the ideal candidate you have a depth of system implementation experience, with a good blend of business acumen and technical expertise (although this is not an IT role). 

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders
  • End to end business analysis deliverables
  • Implement system

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years business analysis experience
  • Either: HR platform delivery in private sector OR
  • Implementation of cloud based platform in Financial Services
  • High sense of accountability and drive
