Role Overview

We are seeking Industry Leaders with General Insurance Experience who are proactive, energetic and resilient individuals who want to join a high performing team.

As a Sr. Claims Consultant you will be responsible for Assessing & processing complex claims, answer incoming calls from customers and liaise with external suppliers and providers to settle claims in a the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Skills & Experience

  • Min. 2-3 yrs of General Insurance experience & product knowledge
  • Strong financial acumen and specialist experience in a dispute resolution claims environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional customer first-attitude
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
