Senior Client Services Officer

A true independent advice business with a client-centric approach to advice. This business has been in operation for over 10 years and has built up a rather large and loyal book of clients. They are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer that can help the adviser manage all aspects of managing the firm, including managing all client interactions and queries, booking in annual review appointments along with managing advice implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination of ongoing customer service to clients
  • Management of opt-in and ongoing service
  • Complete annual reviews 
  • Ensure to collate correct client information for the paraplanners
  • Follow up actions from client appointments and follow through requests to clients for information
  • Arranging appointments for Adviser with existing clients

Skills & Experience

  • Admin experience within the financial services industry
  • RG 146 compliant
  • Polished presentation
  • Financial Planning software experience desirable
  • Ideally, want to stay in an administrator/ operational role
