An incredible opportunity to join a fast growing banking team in the Melbourne CBD looking after both direct and digital leads. The incumbent will use their experience and skills in both sales and mortgage lending assessment to deliver best in class personal customer service leading to optimising referrals. Your primary role is to help new and existing customers solve both their home lending needs but also their broader banking requirements (personal loans, credit cards, general insurance and top ups on existing debt) through both phone and face to face as well as digital channels.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have sound experience in mortgage lending, assessment, processing and reading financial documents;
- Proven success in a home lending sales role but with priority on quality service, not just quantity;
- Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and credit policy and risk analysis to mitigate risks;
- And be an energetic, positive person with a desire to progress internally
