Role Overview

Support the design of the workplace of the future

  • Creation  development and production of client (internal customer) journey maps (Service Design skills)
  • Creation development and production of Program initiated artefacts (UI skills)
  • Work with UX Research and Testing resource to reveal, understand and socialise pain points and opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years Service Design experience in a tertiary industry
  • Workplace technology platform exposure a nice to have
  • Financial Services exposure a nice to have
