Role Overview

Our client is looking to transform  their employee experiences and and are looking for someone to own and execute the technology strategy and roadmap for ServiceNow. They are already well established with ServiceNow, having implrmented ITSM and SecOps Modules. In this role you will be responsible for establishing a high performing team to change and support all aspects of the ServiceNow Platform.

Skills & Experience
   

  • Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent platform technology
  • Previous experience in leading and building high performing teams
  • Sound understanding of SaaS Platforms
  • Experience in Platform Management- performing regular upgrades and actively manage software licensing to ensure entitlements are not being breached
  • Experience in establishing development capability to support design, development and testing of platform changes
  • Strong documentation experience
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices and principles
  • Strong stakeholder and Vendor management experience
  • Experience in managing project budgets
  • Solution or Integration Architecture experience an advantage
