A new exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Assistant to join a major on-going project. Your role is to provide professional administrative support to a ‘Head Of’ and an agile-dynamic ‘Projects Team’.
Being an integral team member, you will be responsible for:
- Diary & travel management
- Effective coordination of the team
- Forward project planning
- Administration coordination
- Relationship management across internal & external business partners
To be successful in this organisation you will display the following;
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
- Strong document preparation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients
- Experience in the financial services sector is preferable
