Career Profiling and Coaching with an Executive Coach

How well do you know your strengths, development areas and the best way to leverage both to achieve career success?

We recommend the use of three profiling tools and a coaching session to help you maximise your potential.

You will be provided with three reports:

  • Your Personality Inventory. This report and the coaching feedback provided will give you an understanding of your personal qualities which you can leverage to achieve success in your career, relationships, education and personal life.
  • Your Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory. This report and the coaching feedback provided will give you an understanding of your values, preferences, and interests as they relate to career decisions when identifying appropriate organisations and positions in the future.
  • The Hogan Development Survey. This report and the coaching feedback provided will give you an understanding of your “dark side”.  That is, how you will appear to others when you are stressed, tired or distracted.  Highlighting these personal tendencies will allow you to self-manage during times of stress, and focus on your development areas.
