We manage your Executive Coaching Program as follows:
1.Your Account Manager works with you to understand your needs.
2.Your Account Manager will then recommend ideal coaches for your review.
3.You have a phone call, or coffee meeting with the client to assess fit.
4.Once engaged, a program usually runs across three to six meetings with the coach. Your Account Manager is available at all times to support your program.
5.Post program, your Account Manager will meet with you, provide you with feedback from the coach on your strengths and weaknesses, and make recommendations for further professional development.
Your Account Manager will also gain your feedback on the program, and ensure your expectations have been met.
