Meet the Team

Will commenced his career in recruitment in 2004, joining Robert Walters as a consultant and team leader in the accounting team. He subsequently spent four years with Robert Walters, before joining Porterallen where he led the financial services accounting team for five years. Prior to joining Profusion Will spent four years with Randstad where he led its Sydney based accounting recruitment team.

Will joined Profusion in 2018. He leads our national accounting and finance team and is a member of our extended leadership team.

Will recruits accounting and finance roles. He works across all of our market sectors.

He has a Bachelor of Science (Sociology) from the University of Bath. Will is based out of our Sydney office.

Fun fact about Will: He has played football against a Premier League star, basketball against an NBA star and cricket against an England Test cricketer – with what he says were predictably disastrous results each time…
