About the Role:
This role is an end-to-end Program Manager position overseeing both business and technology delivery. You will drive the execution of high impact digital transformation initiatives across enterprise staff-assisted channels within a Tier 1 financial institution in Sydney.
You’ll be responsible for
- Lead the implementation of impactful digital transformation projects across enterprise staff-assisted channels.
- Managing complex change across multiple business units, technology squads, and stakeholder groups.
- Leading cross-functional squads in an agile environment
- Working closely with IT squad leads, ensuring seamless coordination between squads
- Troubleshooting issues and presenting solutions effectively at different levels of the business.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs ($20M+) in a complex enterprise environment.
- Experience working across sales and/or servicing based projects
- Digital (online or mobile) nice to have
- Proven Program Management experience in financial services is essential
- Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups (business, technology, data)
- Hands-on, end-to-end program management expertise across both business and technology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
