Working for an award winning private wealth firm. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a successful and highly professional but fun team.

Role Overview

  • Provide high quality administration support 
  • Ensure to collate correct client information
  • Follow up actions from client appointments and follow through requests to clients for information
  • Arranging appointments for the Adviser with existing clients
  • Provide sound support with knowledge and experience in financial planning
  • Be first point of contract for clients and manage their enquires 

Skills and Experience required

  • At least 2 years Admin experience within the financial services industry
  • XPlan experience
  • Ideally have some experience with SMSF
  • RG146 compliant but not essential 
  • Polished presentation and strong communication skills
