Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide high quality support and assistance to
Financial Advisers:

  • Responsible for all areas of client service, administration and implementation
  • Be the first point of contact for clients
  • Complete necessary documentations to implement SOA’s
  • Maintain Financial Planning database 
  • Prepare portfolios and reports
  • Conduct research for the advisers

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Client Service Officer or administration role in financial planning business essential 
  • RG146 compliant ideal 
  • Immediately available or must have short notice period 
  • Good communication skills
  • Xplan software experience
