Company Overview

We have a number of customer service and sales role across multiple banking and financial institutions. We look for strong candidates who are passionate about customer service career progression. 

Role Overview 

  • Customer Service Experience- Retail/banking/contact centre
  • Contact Centre experience within the financial services industry is desirable
  • Strong administrative skills including analysing information, managing and distributing enquiries, working within agreed SLAs (48 hours), adhering to procedures
  • Problem solving
  • Tech savvy with an ability to pick up systems quickly 
  • Ability to build rapport with customer of all demographics
