You will be a Leader of Leaders for the Australia and New Zealand regions, focusing on:
- Development and execution of payments strategy within the ANZ region focusing targeted industry sectors, such as Health, Agriculture, Legal and other Mass Payment industries
- Focus on payments pipeline and revenue targets
- Drive new payments client acquisition to hit aggressive individual & team growth objectives
- Work closely with other internal departments to ensure the cross-selling of hedging solutions
- Understanding customer’s requirements, trends, risks and opportunities and develop comprehensive business cases
- Have subject matter expertise on both Payments & Money Transfer payments capability
- Drive development of Payment Product to enable the capability within the Corporate Sales team
- Ensuring compliance obligations across the business locally and regionally are being met
- Influence regional product and marketing prioritization to ensure that the payments strategy remains competitive and relevant to customers
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 8-10 years + of strategic sales experience within global companies
- Proven experience in B2B sales with large corporate organisations
- Payments experience is essential, FX experience is highly advantageous!
- You will have previously lead and developed medium to large sized teams regionally
- Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal
