Detail your current role and tenure at Profusion

I have been with Profusion for 5 years. After initially joining as a temp, I was offered the role of Contractor Care Manager and have spent the last 4 years growing the team and implementing new processes that benefit our consultants but most importantly the Profusion contractors. My role gives me scope to liaise with our clients, contractors and ensure the best possible contractor experience. I love my role because it pulls on my process driven approach while still working to implement big ideas.

Previous Roles (prior to Profusion)

Before joining Profusion I worked in HR and recruitment for a large European baby brand, Chicco in the UK.

I have an ‘unhealthy’ obsession with fashion which doesn’t necessarily mean I am the best dressed but certainly have plenty of clothes to choose from!
