What experience do you offer your clients?

I co-founded Profusion Group in 2004 with Rod Jones, Ashton Bilbie and Alison Loader. I am Managing Director of our Executive Search practice – pac executive and a Director of Profusion Group.  I specialise in the appointment of “C” suite, executive and senior roles across the Financial Services sector including Advice, Superannuation, Platforms, Insurance and Asset Management. Key areas of expertise include Operations, Distribution, Customer, Digital, Product and Marketing.

I am also responsible for all Board appointments within pac executive.

Previous Experience / Roles (prior to Profusion):

In the late 1980s, I worked as a graduate in Sales and Marketing for Kodak, before progressing into key account management. Leveraging my sales and relationship management skills, I made the move into the recruitment industry joining a start-up recruitment firm. Within two (2) years, I was responsible for transforming this organisation into a successful and award winning business. In 1998, I moved into executive search specialising in the field of Financial Services.

Interesting Fact About you?
