Meet the Team

Upon graduation, Jonny worked in retail and retail management before deciding to travel for a year. He relocated to Australia in 2007, joining QPL where he spent four years managing a team of IT Recruiters. In 2012 he moved on to the client side of Recruitment, going in-house with QBE, working for Allegis Global Solutions.

 

Jonny joined Profusion in 2016, spending 7 years with the business before leaving in 2023 to join, and help build out a tech enabled recruitment start-up. Although a great business model, market conditions were not conducive to start-up success in 2023 – 2024, and Jonny made the decision to re-join the Profusion team (and we were excited to welcome him back).

 

He has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University ofWales. Jonny is based out of our Sydney office.
