Your well-being is our well-being

Looking after your health and being proactive with your well-being is a lot easier if your employer is onboard. And we’re onboard. We’ve added initiatives into our offering to our Profusion community to help keep you balanced and mentally well so we can all be productive and energetic as we engage with our work. Well-being activities like yoga and meditation are on our staff agenda throughout the year. We have our own Profusion staff sports teams for everyone to join and we’re happy for staff to take time out during the workday to exercise. 


We also offer Converge to our whole team. Converge EAP & Support is a confidential, voluntary program designed to help employees address work-related or personal issues that may impact their well-being and performance. Converge includes confidential counselling and support services to help with a range of issues, including stress management, relationship problems, financial concerns, substance abuse, and mental health concerns, such as, anxiety or grief. It's a proactive way to ensure the health and well-being of all our employees.
