Making a difference

While we spend our professional lives making a tangible impact throughout the financial services sector, we also believe in making a difference in the wider community and giving our staff opportunities to forge their own contributions. Every Profusion team member also has paid volunteering days each year, during which you can pursue causes close to your heart.


We partner with groups like Whitelion, who engage vulnerable young Australians with their communities and help them join the workforce. We don’t just make a financial contribution to Whitelion, our team join in annual fundraising activities like the Three Peaks Challenge. 


We support financial services not-for-profits too, namely the Financial Industry Community Aid Program (FICAP) and the Emerge Foundation. FICAP raises money for charities which support young Australians and their families, while the Emerge Foundation supports educational and sports programs for children in East Timor, to give them the tools to change society for the better.

“Profusion have been partnering with Whitelion, and the young people who they support, for close to a decade. I have had the privilege and satisfaction of helping through fundraising challenges such as the ‘Three Peaks’ (in which a group of us climbed the three highest peaks of three states in under thirty-three hours), and Bailout (in which a group of us were locked up for an evening in jail and needed to raise money to make bail!). I am now a NSW Ambassador, and I am very appreciative to work for a company that supports Whitelion and the work they do."
