I co-founded Profusion Group in 2004 with Rod Jones, Ashton Bilbie and Alison Loader. I am Managing Director of our Executive Search practice – pac executive and a Director of Profusion Group.

In 2005 I founded Profusion Group with Rod Jones, Simone Mears and Alison Loader. Since then I have been the Co-Head of our recruitment business. Day to day I am responsible for leading a team of recruiters who service clients and candidates across the Funds Management, Superannuation and Insurance sectors.

Prior to commencing with Profusion Group, I worked in the Funds Management industry in Luxembourg, UK and Australia. After a period of globe-trotting, I migrated to Australia permanently and joined Profusion Group where I now lead the Business Projects team.

In 2007, I joined Profusion Group as a Senior Consultant specialising in Funds Management recruitment. Partnering with a broad range of clients I have enjoyed working with the big global through to the start-up organisations.

With over 10 years experience within the Sydney IT Recruitment market placing candidates at all levels, I place a massive emphasis on working with customers in an open and honest manner to provide a consultative approach to recruitment.

Over 15 years of recruitment experience in Accounting for the Financial Services with an established network of senior and mid-level candidates and strong track record of success. I have always aimed to provide honest and helpful feedback even if that meant missing out on an opportunity, many of my clients have worked with me for a number of years and know that they will always get unbiased and well educated advice from me.

I am a Director and senior member of pac executive responsible for the appointment of “C” Suite, General and Senior Management as well as Specialist, and Technical roles across Insurance and Superannuation.

Originally from Wales in the UK, I relocated to Sydney in 2007, and joined the recruitment world, specialising in Information Technology and Projects within Banking and Financial Services. I progressed to Manage a small IT Recruitment team, before moving into internal Recruitment with a large Global insurer, leading a National team whilst remaining hands-on in heading up the IT Recruitment portfolio.

I joined Profusion Group in October 2017 supporting the Finance Manager on a part time basis.

A qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive, diversified work experience gained over more than a decade. Having joined Profusion in 2008 as Finance Manager, the role has provided me exposure and knowledge of the business framework in the recruitment industry.

After 10 year’s experience within the Recruitment Industry with roles ranging from Resourcer to Consultant I joined Profusion Group in March 2014 to take on the role of Corporate Support Manager. This role offers both variety and continued development and sees me mainly supporting the business from an Administration perspective, managing the Support function and looking after the overall office environment.

While studying my Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations I worked part time as a Sales Consultant within the construction industry, before relocating to Sydney in 2013. My first job in Australia was with QPL Recruitment in a hybrid role before quickly being promoted into a Consultant position, and then joined Profusion Group in January 2014. For both companies I have specialised within Wealth Management Recruitment, enabling me to build a very strong network within this niche market.

I have 6 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry in the UK, this has been spent across different industries but with a primary focus on the IT sector.

I have worked with technology based recruitment since 2014, predominantly recruiting Developers.

I have 8 years of recruitment experience, out of which 5 years were in Australia and 3 years were in Singapore. I have covered roles in Australia (ANZ), Asia (Singapore, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia) and US.

I was introduced into recruitment in 2018 while working as an HR as a coordinator in the Retail Industry. During my time as a coordinator, I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills which enable me to build strong relationships with my candidates and clients.

With over 3 years of experience within recruitment along with a background in the financial services/superannuation, I have a strong understanding of what our clients want and need, as well as the ability to identify talent that stands out in the industry.

I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and over 3 years of experience in administration, I’m always willing to help in any way that I can to ensure a smooth experience for customers/clients.

I have been with Profusion for 5 years. After initially joining as a temp, I was offered the role of Contractor Care Manager and have spent the last 4 years growing the team and implementing new processes that benefit our consultants but most importantly the Profusion contractors.

Originally from Nelson New Zealand, I relocated to Sydney in June 2016 to take up a position in recruitment as a Recruitment Resourcer within financial services Information technology. Here I was taught the foundations of recruitment initially being more candidate facing with my purpose being to connecting expert talent in the market with high calibre clients. In mid-2017 I was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to join Profusion Group as a Consultant, where I am now able to continue building on my knowledge and experience in the business projects space. Throughout my introduction to recruitment I have found a passion in talking with professional candidates and helping them find there next life changing career move. Whether that be in a permanent position, or a long term contract in the project transformation space.

I have five years industry experience working in Compliance and Operational Risk for OCBC London. In addition I have six years’ experience in recruiting Risk, Compliance, Policy, Governance and Regulatory staff across both Private and Public Sectors.
