Tom has over 20 years’ experience in commercial accounting and leadership roles. Upon graduation he joined a chartered accounting firm before moving to London, where he lived and worked for five years across a range of industries.
 
He returned to Australia in 2009 working with groups such as CareerOne.com.au as its Finance Director, before moving to Employsure, Australia’s leading specialist in employment relations and workplace health and safety advice to business owners.
 
Tom joined Profusion in 2022. He is a member of our senior leadership team.
 
He has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from Macquarie University. Tom is based out of our Sydney office.
 
Fun fact about Tom: He enjoys spending his weekends paddleboarding and boating with his son on Sydney Harbour.
