Meet the Team

After graduating in 2012, Ben joined Sureway Employment and Training. Based in Wagga Wagga in regional New South Wales he commenced as a Senior Employment Broker. In 2015 he moved to Performance Coaching, working across the Riverina, the Goulburn-Murray, Southern Victoria and South Australia. Over this time Ben also completed his Master’s in Human Resource Management.

In 2016, Ben relocated to Brisbane to join Zanetti Recruitment & Consulting. Ben joined Profusion as part of its acquisition of Zanetti Recruitment & Consulting in 2024.

Ben recruits all roles within advice, funds management, superannuation and insurance in Queensland. He is based out of our Brisbane office.

He has a Masters of Human Resource Management (Labor and Industrial Relations), from Charles Sturt University, and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University.

Fun fact about Ben: Ben is the Head Coach of the Coorparoo QAFLW team in Brisbane.
