Charlotte commenced her recruitment career in Singapore in 2007 before relocating to Sydney in 2009. Upon arrival in Australia, Charlotte began working with financial services clients across legal, risk and compliance building out an impressive 15 plus year career in both agency and in-house recruitment. Charlotte joined Profusion in 2024.
 
Charlotte recruits legal, risk and compliance roles with a particular focus on operational risk, financial risk (liquidity, credit and market), IT risk, cyber risk, governance, financial crime, and in-house legal counsels. She works across all of our market sectors.
 
She has a Bachelor Political Science (Hons) from California State University. Charlotte is based out of our Sydney office.
 
Fun Fact about Charlotte: Charlotte won a sports scholarship in tennis to California State University, in Bakersfield California. Also known as Cal State or CSU it is the largest public university system in the United States.
