Courtney commenced her career in sales and service, working in the real estate and the automotive sectors before relocating to Dubai in 2019.  While in the UAE, Courtney worked in sales and member management at the Capital Club Dubai. Returning to Australia in 2022, and leveraging her professional background in account management, sales and relationship management, Courtney made the move to recruitment. Courtney joined Profusion in 2023.  
 
 
Courtney recruits marketing, digital and communications roles, across all our market sectors. She is based out of our Sydney office. 
 
Fun fact about Courtney: She loves to keep fit and healthy, and in her spare time can be found at the gym or walking her dog Leo around Sydney.
