Jake commenced his recruitment career in 2020, two months before Lockdown. While it was not an ideal time to start a new career, his professional background in software sales supported his transition and ultimate success. Jake joined Profusion in 2024.
 
Jake recruits technology roles with a specific focus on software engineering. He is based out of our Sydney office.
 
Fun fact about Jake: Jake collects rare vintage watches.
