Lee commenced his recruitment career in London in 2007, spending 6 years recruiting into global financial institutions before moving to Melbourne in 2013. During his time in Melbourne, Lee has continued to service the financial services sector, working with a range of clients across banking, insurance, wealth and investment management.

Lee joined Profusion in 2023 to lead our financial services practice in Melbourne. Lee recruits in corporate advisory and M&A.
