Nandita commenced her career within recruitment in Singapore with Robert Walters where she gained experience in building contract and perm recruitment teams for the Singapore market across the various areas of technology. After which she gained experience in leading the technology and digital practice for Korn Ferry’s ASEAN practice where she has successfully completed multiple confidential CTO / CIO assignments for public sector, Consulting firms and MNCS.

Her last role was at a boutique search firm in Singapore where she focused on Mid- senior assignments and roles for early-stage start-ups and VC backed firms. This ranged from mid-level Software / Data professionals to CTO / CIOs

Nandita holds a Master of Management degree from Macquarie University Australia. She has lived and worked in India, Australia, and Singapore
 
She currently heads up the Projects and Technology practice for The Profusion Group in Melbourne
 
Fun Fact: Nandita is an avid traveler and loves Indie Cinema. in 2017 she travelled to Edinburgh and completed a film Critique course at the Edinburgh Film Festival. She continues to pursue her love for independent cinema through watching and reviewing.
