My client is dynamic and forward-thinking company committed to driving growth and delivering innovative solutions within Asset Managment.

As a Business Development Associate you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support the business development strategy.
  • Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, cold calls, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring that we understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support : Assist in the development and presentation of sales proposals, presentations, and other collateral to prospective clients and bdms.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with senior business development and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • CRM Management : Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and proper tracking of leads and opportunities.
  • Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company's network and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 + years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in financial services/investment/asset management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead-generation tools is a plus.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for driving growth.
