Role Overview
The core purpose of the role will revolve around providing a strong level of service to current and prospective clients with a focus on fund queries and functions will include but will not be limited to;
- Utilising multiple communication channels to assist current and prospective clients
- Assist members with any changes to their account or investment platforms through policy or regulation
- Deliver knowledge on a wide product suite to current and prospective clients
- Ensure compliance of client instructions to multiple standards
- RG146 qualified (preferred not essential)
- Experience working withing a similar environment - funds management, banking or superannuation within a contact centre
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant undergraduate qualifications (Bachelor of Commerce, Finance, Business)
